Nishitani-do’s Kintsuba is less sweet than usual(Kyoto)

Food

Nishitani-do is located on the corner of Kyogoku-dori Street and Sanjo-dori Street.
It is a long-established Japanese confectionery established in 1892.
Its main products are Youkan and Kintsuba. Today, I bought some Kintsuba and ate it there and then.

By the way, do you know what Kintsuba is?
Kintsuba is a Japanese confectionery made from a dough of wheat flour wrapped around bean paste, and shaped like a sword guard. However, the shape of kintsuba varies depending on the manufacturer. The kintsuba from Nishitani-do is not too sweet, and you can eat as many as you like.

This is Nishitani-do’s Kintsuba. It contains black bean paste.
