If you go to Arashiyama, you must visit this observatory.We walked along the left bank of the Oi-gawa River upstream and climbed up the stairs on the mountain path.It is a bit strenuous, but a spectacular view awaits you. Be patient and keep climbing the stairs.

That’s fine, but if you are going to Arashiyama, you should definitely see the Hozu-kyo Gorge from the observation deck in Arashiyama Park.
